1999 pontiac firebird with t-tops!!! V6, 3. 8 liter, mileage 199,300. I love the car but its been going unused sitting in storage so i'm ready to sell. The engine was rebuilt somewhere around 120 k miles. The pcm computer was replaced and the transmission was repaired both at about 180 k miles. When i took it out of storage i realized the passenger window won't roll up. There's a crack in the windshield that will need to be fixed before registering. The fabric around the t-top openings is pretty ragged and worn from sun and wind (see photo). Other than that she's a beauty. Call, text or email any questions.

Update - drove 170 miles up to wvc tonight. 18 mpg. Oil pressure, water temp and alternator voltage all were steady at expected (good) levels. Cruised at 2100 rpm at 70 mph. The 403 was made for the oil embargo days, and california's tougher emission standards. I would flush the differential and transmission before a long drive, like california, but i'd confidently go 600 miles in it after that. Car is in amazing shape, considering it's original without a restoration. I've fallen in love with this car. I thought i'd never sell her. I'm raising money for a composites factory startup (not enough well paying jobs here in sanpete). She is a daily driver - she's not up to 20 mpg yet... Though i think she might be up to 18 mpg. Odometer says 28,000. She is 100% 0riginal and correct (all parts here, except driver's seat). The clock even works. T here's also original sheet metal in the form of a donor with solid quarter panels and flares, firewall and floor pans for future repairs. Extra doors, door internals, and front fenders. The donor also includes a spare transmission. The donor is practically a second firebird (it was an espirit with t-top), only missing parts on the donor are front end subassembly part of t-top, and motor/radiator. Everything there to do a correct frame off. Motor is solid, runs great, 100% all original as she came from the factory. Clean title in hand. I'll be in salt lake with the car through saturday (although i'll be busy from about 8am to 10pm every day - working at the first robotics event). Listed on ebay motors on a 5 day auction. Sold as is, where is.

Optional rally gauge package with clock. 15x7 honeycomb wheels with p235/60r15 bfg radial t/a tires. (4- 14x7 rally ii wheels to go with). Good solid dry floors and frame rails. Rear lower quarter panel rust is only bad part of this car. The car runs and drives. Very original unmolested formula 400. One of only 1860 manual transmission formulas produced in 1971. Power steering and power front disc brakes. Stored in a garage since 1979. Last registered in 1978. Sold new at laury miller pontiac here in salt lake city. T-tops say fun to everyone. Nice low mile firebird with clean title and current safety and emissions. I have this 1988 pontiac firebird formula ws6 limited edition with t-tops for sell... I bought it last summer and put alot of work into it... Sanded down the whole thing and painted it this flat black.. I put a new fuel pump new fuel filter a full tune up plugs wires cap&rotor the car drives great... Will make a good project its omost there!! It needs interior work and exhaust work.. I am asking 2500. 00 obo and am up for trades.
