I'm selling this car for a friend, it runs but hasn't been driven for a while. It's clean and everything works for the most part but it does need work. It was a project car for a teen but it needs to be sold now, it's a good project for an enthusiast. We're asking $1000 obo text is best.

The power steering rack has a blown seal so it doesn't hold fluid. The car has an oil leak and i have been told it is in the pan gasket. The car also needs a battery. Other than that it's a great little car. The exterior and interior are both in good condition for it's age ... I don't have the money to pay for a bmw mechanic to fix the little things that are wrong with it.

Many other items replaced during last three years of ownership. This is a 2 owner car with excellent interior, no cracks or tears, perfect dash. Original paint in decent condition for age, still shines when washed. No accidents, never tracked.

I have had the timing belt and water pump replaced as well as the driveline rebuilt. The drivers doors have cosmetic damage and will be easier to just pull from a salvage yard. I used this as my driver for the last 8 or so months. This is a restoration project.
