I'm relocating to st george utah so must sell quickly. I can deliver to any place from ogden utah to mesquite nv. Motor and trans are in it. Was running when it was parked several years ago. Trans is a 3 on the tree with overdrive. I gutted the interior, had the locks fixed and a key made and they all work. Windows and doors open and close soundly. Needs weather stripping.

1959 chevy impala sports coupe (bubble top) - utah showroom the 1959 chevrolet impala was completely redesigned. Sharing bodyshells with lower-end buicks and oldsmobiles as well as with pontiac, part of a gm economy move, the chevrolet's wheelbase 1-1/2 inches longer. Using a new x-frame chassis, the roof line was three inches lower, bodies were two inches wider, and curb weight increased. Its tailfins protruded outward, rather than upward. The taillights were a large "teardrop" design at each side, and two slim-wide nonfunctional front air intake scoops were added just above the grille, this impala is very nicely presented in red, with period custom touches. It features a late-model chevrolet 350 v-8 and 4 speed transmission. The custom tuck and roll interior is on factory-type bucket seats and center console. It also features a column-mounted sun tachometer and crager mag wheels. Tachometer✔ Bucket Seats

Sport coupes featured a shortened roof line and wrap-over back window, commonly refered to as a "bubble top". Standard were front and rear armrests, an electric clock, dual sliding sun visors, and crank-operated front vent windows. A six-way power seat was a new option, as was "speedminder", for the driver to set a needle at a specific speed and a buzzer would sound if the pre-set was exceeded. This fully restored impala features the newly-offered for 1959 4 speed manual transmission, mated to a 348 cu in "w" block v-8 with 3x2 barrel carburetors. It has power steering and brakes, deluxe bumper guards, twin mirrors and antennas and accessory spinner wheel covers.
