Minor tearing of driver's seat stereo works cassette player does not interior and exterior lights functioning ready to go. The body has very little damage mostly paint missing on Hood with some rust

I think it is a simple problem but I don't have time to fix it. I was going to get it running for daughter but she found another car. I got it started it was a rough idle. When put it in gear it has no power. I think vacume lines need to be replaced. Everything works as far as convertible power windows Power Windows
