Just put couple new tires on it before it quit, which means the tires are worth more than i'm asking for the whole car!!! It was running good then quit with my wife driving it. Not sure what is wrong, but won't run. I just want it off my place and already bought a newer car to replace it. I could take it to junk yard, but it seems too good to junk for just a couple hundred bucks when it could be fixed and run nice for someone.

Power windows, power locks.. The rear drivers side door panel need to be reattached on the inside. Interior and exterior are in fair-good condition. The engine runs strong and doesn't have any problems to my knowledge. It's an automatic transmission and it suddenly wont shift into any gear at all. The car runs fine but is pretty beat up. 6 seater. We keep up on oil changes. Interior is pretty clean. Had oil change 1000 miles ago. Trunk and hood latches work. Power windows all work. Power driver seat works. A/c and heater both work. Got 2 new tires less than a year/3000 miles ago (have receipt) has a slight anti-freeze leak and the check engine light is always on. When the codes were pulled for it, they told us it had something to do with the 02 sensors but that it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Interior lights dont work. Im very flexible on the asking price. This 1998 ford taurus has been a very reliable car. Last week, something happened with the transmission and i don't have the time to put into getting it repaired. It's an automatic transmission and it suddenly wont shift into any gear at all. The engine runs strong and doesn't have any problems to my knowledge. It did have work done on the ignition switch prior to my purchasing the vehicle. It always starts right up the first time. Interior and exterior are in fair-good condition. The rear drivers side door panel need to be reattached on the inside.

Ford taurus with 208450 miles. It is in decent condition but is in need of a little bit of fixing up. It sometimes starts and sometimes does not, so it will need looked at in order to determine what is wrong. Otherwise in good condition and runs well once started!

This has been a fun car, but i need something more fuel efficient. It's been well cared for over the past two and a half years. Has a new starter and alternator. New rack and pinion. Recently detailed inside. There are two tears in the seats, one on the drivers, the other in the back (both are standard for this year of taurus) but can be repaired. This is a great car for a high school student or someone who wants an unassuming sporty sedan. I hate to see it go. Call between 9 am and 7 pm.
