The van runs on CNG (compressed natural gas), which is a lot less expensive than unleaded or diesel fuel, & for an already fuel efficient vehicle I've been impressed with the mileage, estimating around 24 MPG. I planned on having a mechanic friend fix them for me, he said it's fairly easy and not an expensive fix.. Originally a taxi cab in Las Vegas, they cut a couple small holes in the dash to hold their meters
