According to the mechanic the transmission doesn't have to come down to replace the seal it can be done by removing the Axle. The mini still runs and drives great but is going to need the Seal replaced so the transmission can be top off with fluid.. it has been an excellent little car but it just started leaking transmission fluid from the Axle Seal and we can't fix it right now Power Mirrors✔ Power Windows✔ Air Conditioning✔ Sunroof/Moonroof

I've posted this before but i just dropped the price and have some updates on it. This car is an all black mini cooper s with the supercharged engine. It has great tires and rims on it and looks great inside and out with nice leather on the inside. It has a clean title and 160000 miles on it. I've replaced the timing chain assembly and the valve cover gasket. I've read up on it and they say it could be the throttle body or a sensor. I just don't have time to work on it anymore. Should be a fairly easy fix. It also has a cracked windshield and a strut could use being replaced but isn't necessary. I'm listing it for way less than it's worth at 2400$.
