Has brand new rear hatch glass as well as the weather stripping recently replaced. The engine bay is super clean and the car has been well maintained

I've put a lot of work into it, new clutch kit, alternator, starter, battery, both belts replaced, new plugs and wires, new tensioners, fully serviced with ultra synthetic oil, Trans fluids Changed out with Porsche spec gear lube, fuel system cleaning done recently, replaced the rear hatch glass because it was warped and put new seals on it as well, as w. The Odometer doesn't work but it stopped working shortly before I got it with 147000 miles on it, the timing belt, water pump, and head gasket were replaced before i purchased it as well. I'm selling my 1985 Porsche 944, i love the car but I'm planning on building a house so it's gotta go Air Conditioning

I've owned this car since 2011, but have become bored with it. New (rebuilt) engine 2015, brakes, battery, clutch, rear tires, wheel bearings, and inner tie rod. All stock car (with factory a/c and owners manual), except for stereo and air cleaner box. Ran warm last weekend, might need a new thermostat, haven't spent anytime to diagnose it, since it's been in the garage all winter. Will probably need 2 front tires for safety, they were at advise last safety inspection. I do have a clean and clear title in hand. I live outside slc, don't know if it will pass slc emissions as it's only been licensed in tooele county. No trades/dealers, cash talks. Air Conditioning
