Check engine light is on and the code is for a delayed shift into first gear however it still drives fine and I haven't noticed any jerking of the transmission, The heater and a/c work great. Air Conditioning

I've changed out the O2 sensor and the Catalytic converter (both), also has a new battery and starter, all new plugs and wires running to them, year old alternator. Previous repairs we have done on this include the head gasket, the timing belt, all the CV axles and struts/shocks. there is a dent on the top of the back hatch where a bike came down from the roof rack.
