The bad stuff: The mileage is just an estimate because the odometer hasn't worked since I bought it (But again, the engine has been rebuilt recently so high mileage is less of an issue). I recently resurfaced the cylinder heads and replaced the head gaskets so the original 1.9L Liquid Cooled engine runs very nicely

The van has a Jetta engine with a 2.0 inline conversion and about 50,000 miles on the engine. All original 1 owner vw from california. I bought this vw from the original owner in california. It is all very original and in great running condition. I use this van as my daily driver. Everything works except the ac. It drives very nice and very smooth. Being that it is all original it would need a paint job however the originality of it adds to the novelty of owning a vanagon. 1987 volkswagon vanagon van will start, but needs a new clutch so will not drive. Put in a brand new relay/fuse panel, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, and dropped and cleaned the gas tank. Purchased last year and got it running, but don't have the time to fix the clutch. I will also include the vanagon bentley repair manuel with purchase. Clean title. $2500 cash obo this week only. Vanagon carat automatic, wolfburg edition. Always mechanically maintained. Original miles, clean title. All lights, radio, signals, etc. Regular maintenance performed. A few minor flaws (shown in the pictures). All exterior/body have to make room for new truck. Used as a daily driver for about a year. Weekend trips, overnighters, picnics etc. Seats fold to a bed. No engine problems that i know of. (miles are not correct. Low miles though) i purchased this back in october with the intention to restore it, but life got in the way. The van is almost completely gutted and ready to go inside and out. Van comes with $600 worth of interior items that are brand new and still in box. (message for details) rare find. It has minimal rust issues except on the drivers side. (shown in pictures). Comes with the fold out z bed, and the sink and cabinets. I have all the original trim pieces as well as the original carpet and seats. Original upholstery as well. The only thing that is needed is a new engine. Text or call me with any questions.
