Body in great shape, engine needs work. We’ve spent ~$5,500 on this car over past five years. I have detailed and summary repair & service records. No rust, no tears in interior safe and reliable car, comfortable fabric interior great appearance, nice burgundy color smooth ride, ac works, oe stereo w/ cassette (option for aux cord/cassette for use with phone/mp3 player) back seats fold down to make huge cargo space. Brake pads good from wikipedia: all us 850s received standard equipment such as dual front airbags, anti-lock braking system, head restraints and three-point seat belts for all passengers, power windows, door locks, and mirrors, cruise control, and dual zone climate control. Side torso airbags became a world first when introduced as an option for 1995. Some other options during the model run included features such as traction control, leather interior, power glass sunroof, power seats, heated seats, remote key-less entry, automatic climate control, and automatic transmission. (this one comes with fabric interior, no sunroof, or heat in seats, and it has manual climate control.). 1996 volvo 850 turbo sedan. We bought a new car and don't use this one anymore. This model is powered by a peppy 225 horse power turbo charged engine backed by an automatic transmission. It has plenty of get up and go. It comes pretty loaded for a 96 model. It features power window/locks/mirrors, sunroof, leather interior, heated front seats, air condition, dual zone climate control, and alloy wheels. Here are some of the things that have been repaired. 2 years ago it got a new turbo from volvo. Within the last year it has got a new fuel pump, starter, and tires. Here are the negative things we know about. When it is cold it doesn't like to start on the first crank. The body is in decent shape except for the driver side rear door. It has a huge dent in it. The interior is in decent shape. There are no tears in the leather, but it does have some wear to it and could use a good cleaning. The radio is not working at this time. This volvo is in fundamentally good condition. This has become extra, so it’s time to let it go. No rust, no tears in interior. Pirelli p4 tires have plenty of tread remaining. emissions are good till end of January 2017 Very safe and handles great in the snow good gas mileage 20/30 great first car for anyone (teenage, college student, etc..) well kept, and performed necessary maintenance currently needs a new front o2 Sensor and an ABS repair ($45) and the battery needs to be recharged.. I used this car as my daily driver, but now i recently had to take a step back to a lesser car. This is a great little volvo that has been through the paces and holds itself pretty well

Clean title, no accidents. Ac and heat work great. It's a great commuter car and runs great. Never has left me stranded or broke down. It is a solid running car that is very reliable. Regular maintenance always was done. It has had the water pump, timing belt and pulleys replaced within the last 6 months. It's ready for another 100k miles! There are a few cosmetic issues with it. There's a tear in the driver seat and a few other minor things, but nothing that affects its reliability or functionality. The 2. 9 liter engine runs smooth without any hiccups! Parts car, timing belt snapped while turning over engine after doing head gasket. Its the 2. 3l turbo engine. Trunk doesnt lock and has a bit of paint that doesnt match. Probably has bent valves, already spent too long on this car to replace the valves, new timing belt is included. Clean title in hand. I love this car so much, i wish i had the time and money to fix this car, maybe someone who loves volvos will find.
