Original 2. 2l diesel 4 cylinder with 5 speed transmission, rear wheel drive. This truck has been my pride and joy for many years now. Original as they come, very rare to see a diesel hilux in the u. S even more rare to see one in these conditions with original mileage. This truck spent most of its life on a farm in idaho since new. The original owner passed away and then was inherited by his son. The very low mileage is credited to only being used to haul around hay, light farming materials, and a tow a small aluminum fishing boat. When i purchased the truck was in its original state, very well taken care of with only small dings,surfaces scratches, although no body rust whatsoever. When the restoration began, i wanted nothing less than to restore to original condition with original parts. I figured i would rather leave it as it is than cover with non original carpet, parts, etc. Just the original decals took me two months to track down. No expense was spared, i spent a lot of time and money restoring this truck to my standards with no intentions to sell, although my circumstances have changed. I have original owners manual one original key, tools and most receipts for all the parts purchased. I did all the work myself with the exception of respraying the truck. For the sake of keeping this as short as possible i will leave out a lot of details, i would be happy to speak to anyone on the phone with any additional questions and provide any additional pictureslots of pictures below. Bed was taken off frame and everything was resprayed including door jams, in between the bed and cab. The frame and under body were cleaned up, dried and covered in zero rust coating paint all glass is original with teq logo with the exception of the windshield. Original windshield was cracked when i purchased the truck so it had to be replaced to pass safety. It has only been changed once in its life. All new rubber, new door seals, weather stripping, window channel run, etc. All lights, horn, windshield wipers, locks, work great. Tires are old and cracked, they lose air over time. Will need to be replaced. Interior: interior is pretty much original and not much work was done here. Dash is virtually crack free. Interior lights work. Crank windows work great. No a/c, no stereo, no power steering . Small tear on drivers side seat , and rubber matt has holes and tears where t. Air Conditioning

I bought the car to try and use as a road trip vehicle for me and my ex it wasn't in driving condition when i bought it. Since i've probably put $3000 into it. It's a cool vehicle. Right now it has some driveline issues so i drove down to arizona and got a transmission for it, it will need a new drive shaft too probably just to simplify it when the repair is being done. The bushing in the tail housing or something leaks. Right now it has no drive shaft on it. Toyota made the cressida as their first price point luxury vehicle back in the 80's. It has a inline 6 engine that fires right up. Honestly i'm selling it for what i bought it for when i got it i'm not trying to recoup any of the money i have in it i just don't want it because of memories it tags along with. It will need to be towed at time of purchase.
